Katie brings with her over 30 years of experience from across the spectrum of the real estate world to her position at CSC. Katie has Managed CSC since its inception in 2007. She has overseen the growth of the Company from a start-up, to a dominant settlement and title insurance agency in the Charlottesville area. She understands that the business is constantly changing, and makes it a part of her job to stay abreast of developments as they occur. During her time with the Company she has developed trusting relationships with area realtors and lenders. As such, she has become an informational contact for the needs of their clients. 

Shannon Dagner

Shannon, a native of the area, has worked in real estate in various capacities for more than twenty years. Most of that experience came as a paralegal for one of CSC's owner's in a local law firm that handled all aspects pertaining to real estate. Shannon became a licensed Title Underwriter in 2011. This, her work experience and historical knowledge of central Virginia, has provided her with extensive knowledge of the industry. Since joining CSC in 2016, she has been instrumental in streamlining processes and assisting with day to day operations.
